AI-First Full Stack Developer

At JULDITEC we're not looking for someone who simply writes code: we're looking for someone who knows how to direct the machines that write it. We are transforming the way we work by betting on intensive use of artificial intelligence throughout the development cycle: from design with Figma Make and Google Stitch to implementation with Claude Code, Codex and autonomous agents. We develop MCP and webMCP services, build flows with LLMs and automate processes with n8n. Responsibilities

• Develop full stack applications with React and Java/Liferay DXP, leveraging AI tools like Claude Code, Codex and Cursor to maximize productivity.
• Design, develop and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) and webMCP services for communication between AI agents and applications.
• Build and optimize automation flows with n8n, integrating REST APIs, webhooks and AI services.
• Create and refine system prompts, agent hooks and skills for AI-assisted development tools.
• Implement modern interfaces with React, Vite, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS, ensuring accessibility and performance.
• Develop backend modules with Java, Liferay Service Builder and REST APIs with OAuth2.
• Manage deployments with Docker, GitLab CI/CD and Vercel, ensuring continuous and reliable delivery.
• Evaluate, integrate and propose new AI tools that improve the team's design, development and testing processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• University degree in Computer Engineering or similar, valid in Spain.
• Valid work permit and residence in Spain.
• Demonstrable experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor or similar).
• Proficiency in React (functional components, Hooks, TypeScript) and experience with Vite.
• Solid knowledge of Java and backend development (REST APIs, OAuth2, web services).
• Experience with Git, GitLab (CI/CD, merge requests, pipelines) and Docker.
• Ability to write effective prompts and design LLM interaction flows.
• Understanding of the MCP (Model Context Protocol) protocol or willingness to learn it quickly.
• Autonomy, critical thinking and ability to evaluate when AI adds value and when a manual approach is better (responsible vibe coding).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Liferay DXP, Liferay Objects and Client Extensions.
• Knowledge of n8n for workflow automation.
• Experience developing or consuming MCP and webMCP services.
• Familiarity with Vercel (SSR, serverless functions, deployments).
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools (Figma Make, Google Stitch, v0).
• Open source contributions or experience with autonomous AI agents (Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK).
