All courses can be delivered either online or in person.
In-person courses are conducted on-site at the requesting company's premises. However, if on-site delivery is not feasible, they can also be held at our own offices.
Online courses are conducted through our virtual classroom platform, which includes integrated videoconferencing systems and is fully compatible with FUNDAE requirements for subsidized training programs.
Yes. Our training courses are limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
This is because they are highly practical and require active interaction between the instructor and each participant during guided exercises. A larger group would compromise the quality of this interaction.
They are usually delivered to employees of companies or staff from other types of organizations, such as public administrations or NGOs.
Currently, we do not plan to offer these courses to individual participants. However, if you are interested, please let us know through the contact form, as we may consider opening a public session if we reach 8 to 10 people interested in the same course.
Absolutely. All our courses are eligible for subsidies through FUNDAE (formerly Fundación Tripartita), which means that companies can often access them at little to no cost.
We also take care of time tracking, satisfaction surveys, and issuing course completion certificates to ensure full compliance with FUNDAE requirements.
